I live in a small city, so I have never had the chance to sit and watch a large airport. I’m away at work and the hotel I am staying in is right next to this airport. Organized chaos is the best way I can describe it. Amazing how so many planes can be landing and taking off at one time.
Question for those of you who know planes. Off in the distance is a large plane that looks to have a Pepsi livery on it. What kind of plane is it?
Kudos to whoever can guess what airport this is.

Looks like Atlanta’s tower.
Airports are amazing. Folks take it for granted alot and I always chuckle at those who complain on delays or small issues. I am a frequent traveler and am comfortable in an Airport.
I am still waiting on the day I pass myself in the Atlanta airport waiting on a layover...I’ve been there that many times.

You are correct! You win all the kudos!
It is indeed a sight to behold. I’ve only flown through here twice and it was just insane how big the place is. I was impressed though.

Yep. Just saw one land not long ago. Such a big plane.

Sure looks a lot like Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.

I've got 3 expired passports, 2 of them have 2 addendums each. If that gives you any idea of how much I travel. You know you travel a lot when you just naturally look at your car keys so you know what color, make and model car to look for in the parking lot. You know you have travelled too much, when you have to ask the receptionist in your hotel what country you are in.

I’m still LMAO at the Pepsi Livery comment. If you’ve seen the Korean logo for so many years, you don’t realize how accurate your assessment really is. Love it. That's like the most innocently naive troll ever. Reminds of when someone once asked online "Why does Alaska Airlines have a picture of Bob Marley on the tail?" :D

Flown through Atlanta a few times this year, not a bad airport, especially the hotdog topped with pulled pork topped with coleslaw I got earlier this year, that was super tasty.

Yeah, sad part is I was being honest! I’ve only flown twice and it was through Delta both times. I’m not real up on plane liveries obviously haha.

It’s a pretty cool airport. I went there twice last year when I had to go to Cleveland. Not actually flying this time, just staying next to it. It’s different looking at it from the outside.

It’s all good, I just liked the observation. ATL is definitely a good place to sit and watch planes. A lot of smaller/medium-sized airports just have a whole bunch of Southwest 737s or whatever — usually just 1-2 airlines do almost all the activity. The big airports are where you get to see more worldwide companies flying widebodies, which look like they defy physics when they fly.

Definitely. It’s been pretty fun to sit here and watch everything. Just saw one from Air Canada a moment ago.
